Frequently asked questions

Who should request a business funding consultation?

Business owners and finance heads planning a loan against property, a collateral-free MSME loan under CGTMSE where eligible, a working capital CC/OD limit, a term loan, or consolidation/refinancing of existing loans. It is most useful for larger or more complex requirements where structure and lender fit matter — there is no fixed minimum amount.

What does a business loan consultant do?

A consultant reviews your business profile, funding need and existing obligations, suggests a suitable facility structure, prepares the file and presents it to lenders whose policies fit your case. MoneyMax Fingrow is a loan advisory firm and channel partner, not a lender.

Does a consultation guarantee loan approval?

No. A consultation does not guarantee approval, amount, interest rate or tenure. Final eligibility, rate, amount, tenure and approval are decided by the respective bank or NBFC after its own assessment.

Which documents should I keep ready?

Typically: last 2–3 years' ITRs and audited financials, recent GST returns, 6–12 months of bank statements, existing loan sanction letters and statements, business registration/KYC, and property papers if you are considering a loan against property. Exact requirements vary by lender. We do not ask for Aadhaar or PAN in this form.

How is the lender selected?

We compare your profile — turnover, vintage, security, credit history and funding purpose — against the policies of the banks and NBFCs we work with, and shortlist those whose criteria fit. You see the terms each lender offers before deciding; the choice is yours.
